My hcg level Wednesday was 1276. Friday they were 1273. Sunday they were 1551. Had ultrasound Friday only showed a sac, no yolk. nothing yet? My concern is am I and this baby going to be OK? I go for more blood work tomorrow. If it rises the doctor says we should be good to go. I'm just concerned. I do not feel any pain. I feel completely fine just normal pregnancy stuff. Please help.

It sounds as though you are in just the first few weeks or so of pregnancy. Often not much will be seen early on with an ultrasound. If your levels go up, your doctor will also likely have another ultrasound done at about 5-6 weeks, when more can be seen. Most likely with a transvaginal scan. You will know more after the next blood work. Wishing you a smooth pregnancy!

Because when I bled I passed 2 pieces of tissue I know they were tissue and not clots because they did not dissolve, I called the e.r but they told me I was mostly like really early and that they are not concerned unless I'm bleed very heavily or almost hemorrhaging but I took plenty of pregnancy test and all negative until I took this last one the doc today said could be possible ectopic but they said that with my daughter too because I was early when I found out I was pregnant with her and all they saw a first was a cyst can a cyst and a sac be the same thing I'm praying really hard that I'm just earlyQuote:

Normally you would see a bigger increase, which the lack of can be a possible sign of an ectopic pregnancy, but sometimes levels are just slow to rise. Hopefully all will be well when you get the ultrasound on Tuesday. At that time they will be able to determine the location. Wishing you well!

What did the last blood work and ultrasound show? No, if the pregnancy was in a fallopian tube (most likely site for an ectopic pregnancy), you would start having symptoms. The pregnancy wouldn't be able to proceed far enough for you to start showing.

Slow rise, but at least it went up. The ultrasound will let you know for certain one way or the other. Hope it all goes well and smoothly for you.
