I like to fish everywhere I can and I want to know if I fish with cooked
octopus will I catch something good?

Do you mean raw ? Not cooked

Generally, you don't cook bait. Cooking octopus, I would imagine, would remove the oils and such that you want to get into the water when using it for bait.
