Am 41 am tired all the time get short of breath pain in shoulder blade 6ft 4 weigh 128 what is wrong

We are unable to make a diagnosis on the internet. When was the last time you had a physical at your doctor's office, including complete blood work? Please see your doctor for a proper diagnosis.

Over 6 feet tall and weigh only 128... I suspect there are many health issues.

Or kidney problem, or liver problem, or pancreas problem, or hormone problem, or diet problem, or repository problem, or immune system problem, or infection. Lethargy is part and parcel to so many different issues. The only thing we can really say is that it's unusual and beyond the scope of ALL our abilities. To suggest something is to infer knowledge and expertise, I haven't seen that. I know I don't have it.

I answered this question based on what the internist I was sitting next to at dinner said. There was also minimal info provided. However, anytime there's shortness of breath, it's a serious condition that needs to be treated ASAP.
