I had my abortion on 3rd of April and today its 3rd of May, still no period. I even had a pregnancy test it is showing me negative. Should I worry?? I am damn tensed as I am only 19 and my parents don't know about it.

Some women will see a return of their period that soon, but it is not necessarily unusual to go longer than 6 weeks before a period shows. Certainly, if you have started being sexually active again, birth control is a must. Keep in mind that you will ovulate before a period, so it is possible to become pregnant again without seeing a return of your periods. See your doctor to put your mind at ease.

I would sure be expecting them soon, and wouldn't have unprotected sex until I had given it reasonable time, and talked to the doctor again, just for clarity,and peace of mind.

The way a woman's body work's can be both unpredictable, and an inexact science. I hope the discussion of birth control is HIGHLY under discussion.
