Has anybody worked at "The Flip Flop shop"? Is it a good job? What are the pro and cons? Do you get free stuff or discounts? Is it a bad place to work? Also what do they tell you in the interview?

You are aware this is an International site... the odds that anyone reading this happens to be near that specific store to know it exists much less know about it are extremely slim.

It sounds like a run of the mill retail store....employees probably come and go like the weather changes....any interview you will have for that sort of job isn't going to be that detailed or that difficult.

Its not like Interviewing for the position of Chief of Thoracic Surgery, Or Heading up NASA or Dept of Treasury.

They will probably ask you generic questions about what sorts of jobs you've done.....can you lift 50 lb boxes and show up on time. DO you know the difference between sandals and flip flops etc. Retail clothing sales isn't all that complicated.
