My fiancé is been forced to go to court for child support and to confirm paternity of a girl presumed to be his daughter. He doesn't want to have anything to do with the mother or the child. What can he do to relinquish his parental rights , it doesn't matter how difficult it could be he is willing to try ?

As long as he realizes that he'll still be paying child support whether he relinquishes his parental rights, it shouldn't be too difficult at all.

Talk to a family lawyer and they should be able to tell you how to start court proceedings.

If the paternity test shows he's the father then he can relinquish his rights, but that won't get him out of paying child support. It will only mean he has no say in raising the child.

Likely the courts won't let him relinquish, even if he wants to. His only real hope is if the mother remarries and the step father wants to adopt.

He will have to of course always make his child support payments and perhaps health insurance, but he can do that though the court so he does not have to contact the women, unless of course he gets behind with his payments.

There is really no reason to "give up" any rights, since of course he does not have to inforce any of those rights, ( visitation)

Now if and only if the other parent has a partner who wishes to adopt, then he can give away his rights and obligations, but that will be the only case.
