Sometimes it doesn't want to start and it struggles sometimes it does start sometimes it doesn't even make any noise when you try to start it and then when you get it started it shuts off at any point of time what could it be almost everything brand new including the carburetor

Replace the Ignition Control Module (ICM) and coil. Be sure to apply silicone heat transfer compound to the back of the new ICM, otherwise it won't last long.
