Please help I'm about 4 weeks pregnant my count count was 14 yesterday went to the hospital today since I woke up to brown and pink mucus that increased to blood went to Er and count was at 20 dr said I was probably not pregnant did an ultrasound and didn't c anything now the blood has slowed to almost nothing and no cramping at all the discharge paper said threatened misscairge so should I hold out hop that this is gnna be a normal pregnancy or am I going to misscary

It's too early to tell. Sometimes support for a pregnancy will be seen that early in an ultrasound, but many times it will take another week to get a better picture. It can depend on how the ultrasound was done as well. Your numbers don't really tell you too much at this stage either. A better indicator is seeing what they do over a few readings, spaced days apart. Ultrasound in another week or two will give you a better idea if things are progressing or if you have experienced an early loss. See what your own doctor or midwife has to say about it.
