My Honda air wave is 2007 manufactured car.my gear box suddenly make a small movement on my car when I swift my gear to D release break and when I accelerate its giving some kind a push. Recently I changed the gear box fluid also. Is there have anything to do for this or do I have to change the cvt gear box.

Sounds like it may be a bad mount from what you are describing.
