You've got two forms of hormonal birth control so you're far from being unprotected and the only thing you should need to worry about is getting STIs and not pregnancy. As well if you had read the documentation that comes with the implant you will notice that random spotting is a known and accepted side effect and isn't a sign of lapsed protection.

The long and short of it is you're fine. This is just part and parcel of the birth control that you're on.
