My pool was installed about 15 years ago. Next to the gas heater there are three PVC pipes (with two electrical feeds) that feed into a PVC box with a ground plate. The pipes have snapped so I would like to make a clean cut on the pvc pipes and install a box. I can't find anyone online that sells the ground plate box. The one I have was made by American Products, a division of KDI. Does anyone know where I can find the item?

What does the present box look like? Show picture. Does it look something like box shown below. These are standard PVC weather proof boxes, available at Home Depot and Lowes's.
