I have an 07 that won't start good battery starter won't click but fuse box dose when I turn key the fuel pump cycles but again fuse box click when push start button help

I have a 2007 Harley Heritage. Battery is always on a battery tender. Battery less than 3 years old. All lights are bright. Started one time. Turned it off and solenoid just clicks. Acts like low batteyr. Jump started and fired right up. Turned off and it started 3 to 4 times with no problem. I must have a problem but don't know what it is. Any help would be appreciated.
