I have been struggling to find this music video:
It is from late 90s or early 2000s. It is by a music band whose music was kind of slow and melancholic with a catchy melody, a bit like Coldplay, Radiohead (as far as I can recall).
Video was slightly animated and it featured sunflowers. A guys head appears in the sunflower at a point in the video.
For some reason I thing the band was from Australia but I have no idea why I thing this!

I have been searching for a long time but I can not find it.
Would really appreciate some help.
