Is there anything I can do to relieve these symptoms?
Two days ago I noticed my knuckles were a bluish color. They seem to have gone down a bit now, but I am very fatigued and have periods of lightheadedness/nausea. Is there anything I can do to relieve these symptoms?

Have you been to a doctor recently?

I was wondering if you have a history of circulatory issues. Was this during a point they were exposed to very cold temperatures?

I wouldn't say it was extremely cold - it was the first nice day in awhile in Milwaukee so I was out with some friends and didn't wear a jacket - but I had a sweater on. I would say it was about 50 out. I never felt cold - but my hands were cold. I first noticed the bluish color in the morning when I was in the shower - and they seemed to get worse as the day went on. They are still a little blue now - but barely noticeable. I also feel.. warm. My face feels warm.

I hope its just a chill from underdressing and you have not contacted a virus, or cold. Extremities are especially susceptible to weather conditions and are the first to show symptoms. No need to panic just be aware. Warm liquids and rest and an aspirin may relieve the symptoms and if it gets worse then a doctor should be called. Any flu like symptoms should be checked by a doctor.

At the very least, stop in at a pharmacy and get your blood pressure checked. A few of the big chains have a sort of basic clinic for such things. You almost sound slightly hypotensive.
Certain medications can do this. I was on one years ago that turned my whole hands blue when in the shower.
