Pregnant?

I've been on because for about 7 months but stopped because I was on antibiotics for strep throat. I got my period and it lasted for a good 12 days & I spotted for another two days after that (this was last month) I started taking the because again when my period ended, but I would sometimes take it later than I should, not sure if I missed any pills, I can't remember but I had unprotected sex with my fiancé about 3 almost 4 weeks ago & I've been feeling so off, like, pregnant off. I don't know if I'm just paranoid but I have ALL of the early pregnancy symptoms. Its really hard to figure out these things seeing as I didn't get a period on because, just random break through bleeding. So if it doesn't come this month I don't know if its because or me being pregnant. I know its still early but what do you guys think? Could I be Pregnant?

I haven't taken a test because it still might be early but I am going to try testing tomorrow.

I took a test it came back negative, which I assumed would happen because if I was to be pregnant it would be too early to tell. I'll wait three more weeks.
