The last 2 months my periods have lasted 2 maybe 3 days, could this be a sign of pregnancy? I don't have any other symptoms.

It would be unlikely, although some women do have some spotting or bleeding in early pregnancy which they may think is a period. Odds are you are just having some irregular cycles which can happen from time to time. You could always see your doctor, where they will probably do a pregnancy test as a matter of routine, and discuss possible causes.

Are you using any sort of hormonal birth control? That can sometimes alter periods. Are you still a teen? The early years will sometimes have some irregularities for some women. Those are just two possibilities.
