    Shallow well plumbing
Want to pull a shallow well to put a new sand point on. I have pulled shallow wells before by turning the pipe and wiggle a bit to loosen and with a little effort with a couple people was able to pull it up. Not this one, I turned the pipe one complete turn and seemed it just tightened the threads, then hooked a come-along to the pipe, cranked on the come along, and it just bent the brace the come-along was mounted to, the pipe never budged. Wondering what else may be holding it so tight?

A shallow well pump doesn't require regular servicing and has less chance of becoming damaged. A pumping mechanism sits on top of the pipe that is lowered down the well. Each part of the device is threaded together to fit the size of whatever well it is being used on.

Heavier beam and bigger come along, or you may have to use pipe clamps and hydraulic jacks instead of a come along to get this broken from the well shaft. Maybe both.
