How do I go about making bids for construction projects, such as in new apartment buildings, houses, etc. And how should I bid properly, without coming out upside down. Out of the Houston area, thank you in advance for your feed back.

You surely don't start with commercial buildings or even houses. Are you bonded and insured? With no history you will most likely not find anyone willing to bond. Stray with small private rehabilitate work and go up from there.

We have history with different apartment homes, and we are insured and bonded. Our company is newly separated and the other side was the one handling these situations.
