    UA test
Its been 84 hours since my last drink. I took a UA test today and my pee was dark yellow about 4 hours later I had to pee and it was clear does anyone have a idea what that means?

Eat enough beets and it will look like you are passing blood. The color and smell of your urine can be heavily influenced by certain items in your diet.

The color of your urine frequently has to do with how high the creatinine is in your urine. Darker is more concentrated, i.e. higher creatinine. It sounds like the urine you submitted for testing was more concentrated than it was a few hours later. It is always good to be well hydrated when you submit a UA. This just prevents innocent exposures, such as hand sanitizers, form causing a false positive.

It also causes a false negative because of dilution.

A dilute urine is considered a "positive" by most agencies. I just suggested being well hydrated, not " forcing fluids" to dilute it.

My bad, you are correct. False positive. I should have gone to bed while I was ahead. ;)
