The best gift is the one SHE will like! There is no such thing as 'best gift' in general. Take her for a stroll around an area of stores this week, have some lunch, window shop, listen to her. Joke about pretending to have a million dollars in your pocket.

Women do love flowers, of course... any time. If you gave me a diamond necklace and some flowers, I'd toss the diamonds out the window. Whatever you give her, include flowers. I personally would like a romantic dinner with musicians (who don't drown out your ability to talk and say sweet things to her) and a pre-planned song just for her.
