If he becomes power of attorney to his dad will they take his taxes
My ex husband owes me 10.000 in back child support. He recently became his dads power of attorney and has filed his dads taxes. Will the attorney general or IRS take them to pay me back?

No... his fathers money isn't yours, or your ex husbands.

    Smoothy has it right.

It is NOT right that he owes you back child support, but that does NOT give you the right to take his FATHER's money.
