    Frozen bank account
I have had my bank account since I was 18 I am now 21 I got married in November 2013 in February I took out a loan from my bank but the only way to do this was to add my husband on my account now it's frozen due to his owing child support is there anything I can do to get my money? And I should ad that the only money that gets deposited are my paychecks. Please help. Thank you.

You will have to file in court to get your money, and prove to the court, that the only money in the account is yours.

Would that be family court? And how do I prove it? I think that should be on my bank statements right? Only deposits ever made were from my employment checks never any cash

It would be with the court that issued the hold on the bank account. Yes, several months of bank statements showing the only deposits being your paycheck. This is assuming you have Direct Deposit. Otherwise the source of the deposit will not be listed.

There is, of course, another way, have your husband pay what he owes in support.

I'm curious whether you knew he owed child support when you married him.
