2 years ago I had fell on the floor and my right side of the face got hit the wall.my cheek got swollen got hardened.I used some medication to melt as I pretend it as a blood clot.I used cold and hot packs also.the hardness gradually reduced to some extent but not completely.when I'm smiling I am getting dimple because of that small hard thing inside my cheek.it like that since 1yr. Is it blood clott or something else.what should I do.it is in the size of 1 rupee coin.when I smile it moves towards the cheek bone and causes dimple which I don't have actually.I don't have any pain.my right cheek appears little more bulge than my left cheek.what is it? What shoul I do?
