    In Pa do farther have to pay child support it a child quit school at the age 17.

    You have to go by what the court order says.

    Most court orders say that support is paid to 18. Education normally does not become part till child is over 18. The child at 17 is still a minor and is under care of custodial parent.

    If education or parenting is an issue, the non custodial parent may consider other options in court, like asking for custody

    Unless he child has been legally emancipated, support continues until they are 18.
