This is my first time tax filling I'm on opt F-1 visa .I'm filling up form 1040X Amended so do I need to include form 1040NR with previously filled form 1040 and Also do I need to include form 8843 and form 8867.

If you are filing as a non-resident, you are NOT eligible for the Earned Income Credit, so Form 8867 s NOT required.

You submit Forms 1040X, 1040NR and 8843 if you are amending to replace the previously-filed Form 1040.
