I would to know the location of the heating element for the heating element in a Roper Dryer model # REL 4632dw1

You remove the dryer case and you will see a box with a fan and wires running back to the control panel. How do you know it is the heating element and not the high limit sensor? Did you test the element?

The best thing to do is to totally tear down the drier and replace the belt and then check your safeties and the element with a meter. You should wash out all parts very well.
