Hi there I am a 20 year old female
I am currently experiencing really light period/spotting for the past 5 days which I have never experienced before and its becoming a worry to me. I usually have pretty moderate period flows its most a lot of my lining that bleeds and that does cause a lot of discomfort and pain. My period is expected to be due on the 11 of April and therefore I don't understand what to do about this.
The last I have had sex was in February and I have always been getting my period even after feb. it is slightly irregular like 4-5 days before or after the expected date.

What has your life been like lately? Stressful? Illnesses?

There are several things that might impact your period. Some of them are obvious, like stress or illness, and other are more subtle. Sometimes you can inexplicably have weird periods. That is what I am thinking is happening now. Are you on any birthcontrols? Having unprotected sex? Trying to have a child?
