I have been sick for about a week now, was on z pack antibiotics and vomited up my soda that I drank this morning. I have been wheezing at night which wakes me up. Should I go to an urgent care center to be checked for pneumonia. I have pain in the center of my abdomen which gets bad every time I cough. I have not been this sick since I was a kid. When I went to the doctor he stated I had an acute sinus infection and bronchitis.

Seeing as diabetes is an auto immune disease, you have to be careful avoiding any infectious medical problems. Yes get checked out to be safe.

Call your doctor. If you do go to a clinic they will likely(?) call him too, as the attending physician, but I suspect you have read the same thing I did, so do as it says, call the doctor, OR pharmacist first and do as they instruct.
