I came to US using H1B visa on Sep 30th 2012.
My 11 year old kid and spouse have H1 D visa and joined me inDec 24th 2012.

I am having SSN and my spouse and Kid do not have SSN.

I need to file my returns for 2013 and need your help in doing this.

Your return needs to be submitted with Form W-7 to apply for your child's ITIN. This is best handled by visiting a Tax Assistance Center and submitting the tax return and Form W-7 while having your child's passport authenticated by an IRS official.
