Hi I have noticed a small dark bump on the shaft of my penis. It has grown very slightly from what I have noticed. Im sure it is not a HIV disease because I'm 17 and have not had sex before. There is a very tiny amount of liquid barely coming out of it (microscopical amount). It is not attached to the body of my penis, it feels like its attached under the skin of my penis. Is in canceres or is it an infection of some sought? Please any answer would help. ASAP!

We cannot diagnose this. You can't tell someone they have cancer or don't have cancer from an online description. If you are concerned, you need to go to a doctor.

Why would you even think cancer ? Does it run in your family?
It could much easier be an infection.
