Why do you need to know and what do you have to lose?

There is no way to know this answer for sure...but the fact that you're asking it is somewhat suspicious.

If you were told by the court not to drink, then why test it? Do what you're told and you will have no problems.

That you're asking the question indicates somebody thinks you have a drinking problem. Court, employer, school, loved one, friend; it really doesn't matter who. The main question you have to ask yourself is whether their opinion is more important than your desires.

Really? A research paper? So you're asking strangers opinions online rather than researching through books or sites....

Whatever you say...but you won't get any different answers here.

    Homework for school

We don't answer homework questions on this site, it's your job to do the research, and write the paper.

We will read the info you gather, and critique it, but that's it. This is your homework, so start reading, start researching. You won't find anything of value online, and any site with morals won't do the work for you.

    Good luck.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong, but doesn't a PEth test detect Ethanol? I'm new to the board, so I may be mistaken, but I thought it did... and believe that I have also read that it can go back weeks... I assume the person asking for the research paper is not concerned about hair follicle testing for ethanol...

Can't believe everything you read, I know, but for some reason, that sticks in my brain about PEth..
