Am I at risk for testing positive?
I am 51. 300 lbs. Had 2 glasses of wine at 8pm 24 hours ago. Small ones. Am I at risk to testing.

How would we know you are at risk for having a test? They don't drag people off the street randomly to test. IF you are under a court order to stay away from alcohol and drugs... then you are... or if your job has random testing. Most employers have a presemployment screening test done.

The only time that I, personally, was as risk for testing positive 24 hours after drinking was when I was ordered to abstain and failed to do so... while being randomly tested. Don't get me wrong, I still get tested randomly, I just am no longer at risk of testing positive...

I think what you are asking is are you at risk for testing positive for alcohol consumption 24 hours after your last drink, after drinking 2 small glasses of wine: The short answer would be yes, if you drank, you run the risk of testing positive.

Yes, if you were tested now you would likely fail.

You have not said, what kind of testing, is it a 0 tolerance test, or preset limits allowed?

Who and what is it testing for ? Best assumption yes, you are at risk.
