Can a lien be placed on a home jointly, if the lien is against only one of the owners
A lien on a house is a lien on a house... doesn't matter if its on one or both owners. The result is the same... it stays there until the lien is satisfied
A lien is against property. A judgment is against a person. A lien can be placed against an asset as long as the object of the judgment is listed as an owner of the asset.
