My first positive pregnancy test came out on April 2nd. I know in order to see how far along you are you base it off when you got your last period because typically you're said to conceive two weeks later. I got my last period starting February 18th but I didn't have unprotected sex until FOUR weeks later, on March 20th. How does that impact knowing how far along I am?

Why don't you go to your doctor, have a simple blood test, wait for it to come back, and your doctor can tell you. How do you expect to know this from the internet?

Agreed... see a doctor.. they will runs tests and give you a rought estimate.

Anything else is nothing short of reading tea leaves, chicken entrails or a crystal ball.

If you are pregnant you NEED to be under an OB/Gyn's care. Your physician will give you a more accurate estimate of how far along you are.
