I am a british citizen and have met my partner through family. He has been living in spain although he is from india. He want to reside in spain and I want to reside there as well with him we are planning to set up our own business also we want to get married. Will it be easier if we get married in spain?

YOu better worry about him getting a VISA first... under the current immigrations laws he would not be entitled to them just because he married you... he would have the apply for and be granted one... which means he might be turned down.
