My 96 Toyota Tercel want crank. It sounds as if it wants to but want. I've had the starter replaced but that wasn't it!

If it cranks but won't start, begin by fully charging the battery and cleaning the battery terminals and cable connections. Be sure to clean the main ground and the cables going to the starter motor. If the problem persists, check all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multi-meter; likewise, check for codes.
