It's a 90's scifi movie, all I remember is this guy gets a rocket shot through him by another man in an exo skeleton type suit. Then another guy who is paralyzed from the waste down somehow gets inside the exo…obviously it's a futuristic movie. I know its not much detail but I was just a kid and its all I remember :/
