You will not have symptoms quite this early. It is quite rare that a woman has cramps at the exact moment of conception.

As you're your Pap, no your doctor will not be able to tell this early on. The softening of the cervix (Godell's sign) does not occur until the 5 week, the bluish tinge to the vulva (Chadwick's sign) does not occur until the 6 - 8 weeks. Understand that these are only probable signs, not definite signs.
