I need to make sure there are no leins on this property
Depends on where. Deeds are generally managed on the county level. So you need to check if the county makes them available online. If you are in contract to buy the property, you should hire a title insurance firm to do the research for you.
Most deeds are not on line. Go to the courthouse having jurisdiction and look it up.
You can get some general information online. But you will need to do a search of deed records at the court house, to determine if there is a lien or not.
It's not "abstract deed". An "abstract of title" (or title search) is done, often by a title company, when it issues title insurance, and is the basis of the title policy.
