I have a 14K gold ring with the hallmark of TSC on it. It has what appears to be a Lander Blue stone in it but I am not sure of this.

Lander blue is no longer mined and is quite valuable, but of course only a jeweller could determine what the stone is. As for the hallmark, don't recognize it but unless it is stamped karat gold, it isn't gold.
