Got a craftsman garden tractor/mower it won't crank put new battery and jump it steel won't crank

If you mean it will not turn over, then the usual choices are fuse, solenoid and/or ignition switch.
If you mean it will not start, then it is igniton switch or an electrical problem associated with the ignition system. Troubleshooting the first is done by isolating the engine, unplugging the igniton ground wire.
