Are you saying that you have had 4 abortions using misoprostol and mifepristone, or that you have used the medications 4 times to end this last pregnancy?

It would be best to speak to your doctor about a regular form of birth control to use so that you won't have to rely on abortion as a means of not having a child. Have you had follow-up visits after using the medications?

The use of the medications will not effect your future fertility themselves, however, there could be some risk if further medical intervention were to become necessary, for example if you were to have excessive and prolonged bleeding and needed a procedure to control it.
