I had mine implanted last October 2013 now it April 2014 and I's starting to feel weird things like last month I felt really dizzy for almost a week and almost fainted, I'm not getting my monthly period also since it was inserted, I also feel like I'm losing all the energy that I used to have I felt like I'm always problematic even small thing makes me worry to death. I'm not sure if it's the implant or is there something wrong with me

It could be the problem. It could also just be coincidence. Talk to your doctor. They'll be able to tease out what is causing this. Whether this is just a reaction from the IUD or if it is something more serious. Not the answer you're looking for but we can't really ever have enough information to answer that question.
