How can I get a lien holder to expedite removal of a mobile home left on my private property. The home is no longer occupied and the doors have been locked by lien holder. The mobile home is my husband's and we are not separated. I do not want to be responsible for any damage to home while it is on my private property.

Has the "lien holder" repossessed the mobile home? If so, send them a letter by certified mail telling them they will owe a specified amount (whatever's reasonable) per day as rent. This letter should also inform them that you take no responsibility for the safekeeping of the MH and that they assume the risk of damage incurred until they have removed it.

If, on the other hand, they have not yet repossessed it, the MH is your husband's responsibility until they have done so. Did you give him permission, originally, to put it there?
