My car can idle for 30 minutes or more and never overheat, but as soon as I start to drive it will start to overheat. I have replace the thermostat, water pump and radiator flushed. There is no water in the oil or white smoke coming out of the tail pipe. What else could this be?

Make sure you filled the radiator per the instructions in your owner's manual. This should eliminate any air from the system. Should the problem persist, replace the radiator. Phosphate scale may be clogging passages in the radiator. Afterwards, refill the system with a 50/50 mixture of antifreeze and distilled water.

I took the thermostat out and the car is no longer overheating I know this is just a temp fix but this is a brand new thermostat. Could I have gotten a faulty thermostat?

It happens... you can confirm its bad or not but putting it in a pot on the stove with a candy thermometer... and when the water reaches roughly 170 to 180 degrees you should see it open.
