Daughter evicted from apartment, lease is in my name.
My daughter is living in an apartment that the lease is in my name. She destroyed the place and is being evicted. She will not leave the apartment. Besides having to pay for the damages, how am I legally responsible for her actions?. Will the sheriff's dept. deal with her? Or both of us? We live in Miami, Florida.

If the lease is in your name, then the landlord has to file for an eviction in your name. So it will go against your record. If she refuses to leave, the sheriff will come and remove whoever is occupying the unit. The landlord will then sue you for the damages.
