I'm 5 weeks pregnant with my tubes tied. I had them tied 6 years ago. My hcg level was 25 when I found out last Thursday. I went for a ultra sound yesterday they didn't see the baby. My hcg level was 800. He seen something on my right but think its my scared tube. I would like a healthy baby. I have another ultra sound tomorrow to make sure the scar is not growing. What are my chances that my baby is OK

Impossible to say. It is actually a little surprising that you managed to get pregnant with your tubes tied.

It all depends on where the embryo implants. If it implants in your tubes then BIG problem. If it is in your uterus than you should be fine. The ultrasounds are need to confirm.
