    Just a Baseball Estimate to Convert the Fuse Panel to Breakers... It's your typical Semi-Detached from the 70's.. 3 Bedroom, 2 Full Baths,Kitchen,Livingroom,Familyroom,Laundryroom... Thanks

    Prices are vastly different in some places.
    Recommend you call (3) electricians and get bids.

    Sorry, but any estimate we would give might not even be in the same universe as your residence.

    I suggest that you contact three or four "Licensed" electricians for bids on the work. Also, be careful do not accept any electrician who offers to do the work without a permit. Nor do you want to pull the permit.

    In my area (Virginia Beach, VA) the person that pulls the permit is required to do the corrective work if there is an issue during the inspection. If the electrician pulls the permit, he/she owns the work until the inspection requirements are satisfied.

    Ball park-$2,000-4,000 USD for a 200 AMP service switchout, assuming the power company will run a 200 AMP feed to your meter. Depending on what code is used, you may also have to have a separate service disconnect outside in the meter box. That is mandatory in GA so that fire personnel can shut off the power outside the house.
