There was a woman who has a child with his 1st partner, they are separated now but they remain unmarried and had a child but financially unsupported by the father. This woman got lived in to her 2nd partner but they're unmarried.
Questions:
1. Can this woman ask for child support to her 1st partner?
2. If the child support was'nt granted, can this woman file any case?

If any woman has a child that child's father will be required, by law, to help support that child. Doesn't matter whether the woman is involved with another partner or not. Child support, however, has to filed for in a court. The only way a court will not award support is if the father has no income to pay.
