The inducer blower on my goodman furnace will turn on the stop like there's some type of blockage what could be the problem?

Bad bearing that seizes up when hot? Can't imagine an item in the exhaust plenum. They are easy to remove, at least mine is, and then check the plenum and rotation of the fan.
